We built and implemented an employer branding communication strategy, including digital management and career-oriented online / offline activations, for CCI to reach university students and target groups.
Problem: CCI HR and CC departments had been aiming to build up CCI’s employer brand and to communicate its global presence more effectively. In addition, university students had misperceptions and gaps, particularly related to the company's sales positions.
Solution: We built an employer brand communication strategy that includes career pages on social media (@cacacolaicecekcekiyer) and an annual student orientation program, in line with the company's global communication set and “People in Action” EVP.
Results: We reached 200.000+ students in just one semester. After the last orientation program, 16 of 20 finalist students (80% conversion rate) were qualified to complete an internship at CCI.
